Grade I Tinned Steel Coil
The electroplated tinplate that has been inspected online is suitable for regular painting and printing on the entire steel plate surface under normal storage conditions, and shall not have the following defects:
a) Pinholes that penetrate the thickness of the steel plate;
b) Thickness deviations that exceed the standard;
c) Surface defects such as scars, pits, wrinkles, rust, and abrasion black spots that affect use;
d) Shape defects that affect use
Grade II Tinned Steel Coil
The surface quality is lower than that of grade I Tinned Steel Coil. It is allowed to have small-area obvious surface defects or shape defects such as impurities, wrinkles, scratches, oil stains, indentations, burrs, and burn points.
